THE 2009 LIFEGUARD CHALLENGE

This event is an annual race between the Bondi (Waverley Council) Lifeguards with approx. 30 competitors.

Heaps of fun, prizes, food and celebrities - come and join the Bondi Rescue Lifeguards and support this very worthwhile cause.

Date: 4th February, 2009

Location: Bondi Beach Sydney

Start : 5pm (BBQ - from Australian Gourmet Meats PLUS meet the Lifeguards)

Prizes: 4 major sweeps with 1st, 2nd & 3rd prize to be won

Race: 7pm kick off

Course: Start at Bondi tower and run on the road to Tammarrama. Swim from tamma to Bronte, then board paddle from bronte back to Bondi and finish at the tower.
